03 May 2005 The Baz Live In Concert DVD is now available on the Merchandise section of this web site. 19 March 2005 The Jon Baz Website is now fully active - check it out at www.JonBaz.com This will eventually superpreceed this web site. 07 March 2005 A preview video of Jon Baz is available in the Gig section. This was recorded at the Adam and Eve gig by Dorothy and mixed by Baz. 06 March 2005 Baz has just arrived back from his favourite place Sitges, Spain where he has had a well deserved break from his concert in Solihull. It was a complete success and Baz wishes to thank everyone for making it possible. Watch this space for photo clips of the concert. Baz is currently putting together his 3rd album which is in draft stage and is hoping to complete it by the end of this year. As some of you may or may not be aware, Baz has transformed himself into Jon Baz. Jon Baz is his new commercial artist name to go with his new track called I won't let you down. Watch this space also!!. 14 February 2005 Under the gig section and the picture gallery there are new pictures from Baz's recent gig at the Adam and Eve, Digbeth, Birmingham. 13 February 2005 Baz has been rehearsing at St Mary's Church Hall. The hall is fantastic venue with an excellent stage. He is very much looking forward to the performance on the 26th Feb 05. 07 February 2005 It has been confirmed that Baz will be doing a gig on Sunday 13/02/05 at the Adam and Eve, Digbeth, Birmingham. The entry is free and the drinks are cheap. He will be performing at around 9-9.30pm. This includes a map and details of the latest venue. 14 January 2005 Baz has decided to turn down the Record Contract from LA as he wants to concentrate his career with the UK. Baz has been working very hard with his manager to make his first commercial hit. He is hoping to get signed up early this year. Don't forget that Baz will be performing Live in Concert on Saturday 26 February 2004 at St Mary’s Church Hall, Hobs Meadow, Solihull, West Midlands. He also now has a new manager who has been very successful including getting acts record deals in London. It is very simple to register and is totally free. Check it out!!!! 07 September 2004 The Hazza v Bazartist 'Johnny Dangerous' track has been played in the Premonition nightclub, Birmingham. There was a very good response from the general public. 05 September 2004 Baz has been working hard in the studio and has just completed his first track for the 3rd album called "Nervous Breakdown". Baz and Marie have also recently met up and have started writing and producing together. 02 September 2004 PURCHASE BAZ's TRACKS ONLINE NOW!!!! Check it out! 22 August 2004 The official Baz T-shirt is now on sale in the Merchandise section of this web site. 20 August 2004 A clip of new Hazza v Bazartist 'Johnny Dangerous' track is now available in the Preview Songs section of this web site. 14 August 2004 When Baz attended a wedding today he was delighted to see Marie (the professional singer). They clicked straight away and near the end of the night Marie played a few songs on the piano and Baz accompanied her. The public there were very impressed and could not believe that they had only known each other for a few hours and yet they could perform together. Baz and Marie will meet up in a few weeks to start writing together. 11 August 2004 From the Hazza v Bazartist collaboration, "Johnny Dangerous" is the first track to be written and produced by the Speed Garage DJ and the Electro-pop artist. It has a very catchy Funky Bass Line House Melody and Further information will be provided about this at a later date when more is confirmed. The track will be available in certain Birmingham Record Stores soon. 10 August 2004 You will now be able to see new photo's from the London Photoshoot. These are under the various sections on the web site. 29 July 2004 Baz went to a Marc Almond book signing session in Waterstones yesterday to meet his idol. When Baz recently saw Marc Almond a few months ago at a DJ Set in Birmingham, he passed a demo of his CD onto Marc. Marc recognised Baz whilst signing his book for him and said that he loved the music and that it was really good. He had also been on this web site too. Baz is so touched that Marc took all the trouble to listen to Baz's music. This has been such an inspiration to him as Marc Almond is Baz's number 1 Idol and he is now even more determined to succeed. Check the Kiosk for further information 24 July 2004 Today Baz met up with Kurt in London, a solo electro pop artist. Baz states: "We are hoping to make a collaboration as we share the same interests and have similar styles of music. I can see a very positive outcome of our work together". Kurt has done many gigs around the world and is a very talented and professional song writer and lyricist. I've listened to all the tracks. 'Mellow' is my favourite - reminds me of depeche mode and soft cell, but with a slight trancey edge to it. All the tracks are well written and produced' 22 May 2004 Baz met his idol Marc Almond in Birmingham at the Custard Factory where he dj'ed.
